Before making a purchase please read our store policy.

If you buy an item that does not fit or was not to your liking you may exchange it for another item. Trusting that the tags are still attached and the item is not worn, we will send you a gift certificate via e-mail to put towards your next purchase or replace the item ordered. We need to have a policy like this to avoid from people buying items, wearing them for a show then returning them for a full refund. Please be advised that tights and undergarments are final sale. We do not except returns on used bodywear or shoes. NO EXCEPTIONS!

To return an item please call during normal business hours or email us on our feedback page to alert us of the problem. When returning an item you pay the shipping to return it and also the shipping if you are replacing it. We realize buying online is sometimes difficult so we try to make it as easy as possible by describing each item fully and to the best of our knowledge. We always suggest that you support your local dancewear stores.

Please be advised some orders may take up to 4-5 business days to leave our store. If you need your order by a particular time please email us to let us know or note it at the time order is placed. If an item is backordered we will notify you by email and you will be asked if you would like to replace it with a similar item or cancel the order. Thank You!
